Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Food and Beverage supervisor will manage the day to day food & beverage operations of the hotel in a professional manner.
Food & Beverage Supervisor Job Specifications
- Appropriately trained in Food and Beverage sales and service course from a recognized hospitality training institution.
- KUC advance level training is an added advantage
- At least three years experience in similar position in a busy hotel.
- In-dept knowledge of foods and beverages
- Good business acumen and technical supervision techniques.
- Good banqueting knowledge and organization skills
- Deep understanding of menus
- A Natural leader with ability to train others
- Well versed with all types of services.
- Have great verbal and written communication skills.
- Be proactive.
- Possess excellent forecasting and budgeting skills.
- Work well with colleagues.
- Have a good understanding of inventory management systems.
- Must have attention to detail
