Responsibilities for the Brilliant Pharm Tech Job

1.Offer amazing patient experience!

  • Treat patients with empathy and understanding
  • Listen to patients and make them feel heard
  • Go above and beyond in meeting patients’ needs

2.Manage a complex formulary

  • Own the implementation of excellent drug stock management practices
  • Lead the order process from start to finish.
  • Be the expert on stock management in the branch even outside the drug store. Teach others the best practices you know.

3.Be an amazing teammate!

  • Be an integral member of the whole medical centre team when it comes to providing an amazing patient experience.
  • Participate in  community outreach, and marketing Penda’s services

Brilliant Pharm Tech Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology required (NOTE: must be registered with Pharmacy and Poison Board)
  • Minimum 1 year experience in health or community-related work
  • Ability to interact well with patients
  • Great team player with drive for results
  • General computer proficiency

Package

  • Starting base salary is dependent on experience and qualifications
  • Additional package for a superintendent
  • Ongoing salary is determined by performance and attitude

Hours

Our Medical Centres are open from 9:00 am-9:00 pm and you get at least 2 days off per week and one weekend off per month.

Market Research Assistant Job Responsibilities

Dive Deep into Customer Needs

  • Develop a deep understanding of our re-sellers and end customers through structured conversations, surveys and other research methodologies
  • Track and anticipate market trends with respect to style
  • Translate lessons learned into customer insights which can inform product and design decisions

Support Product Development

  • Work with our supply chain team to identify global suppliers
  • Research product possibilities through the global supplier network and match these with local market needs

Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Job Vacancy : Supply Chain Management Officer

The job holder is responsible for carrying out procurement activities assigned by the Manager, Supply Chain Management that complete the procurement cycle while maintaining procurement records and preparing reports as may be required.

Supply Chain Management Officer Job Responsibilities

  • Issuing bid documents;
  • Procuring goods, services and works;
  • Conducting disposal of stores and equipment;
  • Undertaking market surveys and research;
  • Managing and controlling inventory;
  • Preparing bid documents;
  • Maintaining and updating lists of prequalified supplies, consultants and contractors;
  • Implementing decisions of the procurement, tender and disposal committees;
  • Preparing contract documents, purchase and service orders;
  • Participating in the evaluation of tenders, quotations and proposals; inspection and acceptance of goods, works and services;
  • Preparing statutory reports;
  • Providing secretariat services and advice to relevant committees; and
  • Any other office administrative services duties that may be assigned.

Qualifications for the Supply Chain Management Officer Job

  • Have three (3) years experience in relevant work in the Public Service or the Private Sector;
  • Have attained a minimum of Bachelors Degree in any of the following:- Procurement and Supplies Management,Procurement and Logistics, Commerce, Business Administration (Supplies Management Option), Economics, or any other relevant and equivalent qualification from a recognised institution;
  • Have demonstrated a high degree of professional competence, integrity and a clear understanding of supply chain management systems, processes, and procedures required in the function;
  • Be proficient in the relevant computer applications; and
  • Fulfill the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution.
