  • Appropriately trained in Front Office Operations. Diploma or degree an added advantage
  • At least 3 years of progressive experience in a similar position in a busy hotel
  • Ability to lead, manage and supervise a team
  • Demonstration of in-depth understanding of the front office operations
  • Good business acumen and marketing skills
  • Good coordination skills
  • Sharp with telephone handling skills
  • Pleasant and well groomed personality
  • Natural leader with ability to inspire, motivate and train others
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate and knowledge of hotel operating system software
