Receptionist/Front Office in-charge Job Requirements
- Appropriately trained in Front Office Operations. Diploma or degree an added advantage
- At least 3 years of progressive experience in a similar position in a busy hotel
- Ability to lead, manage and supervise a team
- Demonstration of in-depth understanding of the front office operations
- Good business acumen and marketing skills
- Good coordination skills
- Sharp with telephone handling skills
- Pleasant and well groomed personality
- Natural leader with ability to inspire, motivate and train others
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate and knowledge of hotel operating system software
