Automated Gate Installer Jobs at Summit Recruitment
Our client, a well-established construction and security company is looking to recruit a qualified Automated Gate Installer. The ideal candidate MUST have above 2 years’ experience in installing gate operators and access systems and have the ability to trench, pull wire, saw cut asphalt and concrete, mix concrete, dig holes, weld, install angle iron track, hang gates and straighten bent gates.
Automated Gate Installer Job Responsibilities:
- Service on all makes and models of gate operators, telephone entry systems, card readers.
- Service of gate hardware and access control – related equipment.
- Provides service work and preventative maintenance on access control equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose failed access control equipment in the field.
- Provide job layout recommendations and equipment locations.
- Ability to program telephone entry systems, keypads and card readers.
Qualifications for the Automated Gate Installer Job:
- Must have a Degree/Diploma in any Engineering field.
- Must have above 2 years’ automatic gate installation experience in the security industry.
- A team player who takes pride and ownership of work performance.
- Must be self-motivated.
- Excellent computer skills.
