Requirement for Maintenance Officer Job
- Master’s Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering with at least 3 years relevant practical experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering with 6 years relevant working experience 3 of which as Maintenance Officer Scale 9 or its equivalent
- Higher National Diploma in Building in Building construction or Civil and Structural Engineering with 8years relevant working experience 3 of which as Maintenance Officer Scale 9 or its equivalent.
- They must be registered by the relevant professional body.
Maintenance Officer Job Responsibilities
- Reporting to senior maintenance officer, the candidate will be responsible for allocating duty to AMOs
- Preparation of monthly reports
- Preventive maintenance surveillance, supervision on use of materials to avoid lose,
- Providing advice on the necessary new equipment needed to enhance efficiency.
- The applicant must also be able to undertake building structural design and construction site supervision of projects.
- He/she must be registered by the relevant professional body.
