Nokras Riverine is the latest addition to Mt. Kenya’s hospitality offering. The hotel is a 4 star hotel located 90 kms from Nairobi along Murang’a – Sagana road and is only two kilometres from Sagana town. It’s located on the banks of the Sagana river, famous for water rafting among other activities.
The hotels boasts of 101 tastefully furnished guest rooms ranging from deluxe, luxurious and cottages. The hotel also has various dining outlets as well as conference halls.
To ensure the success of the venture and deliver excellent satisfaction to our guests and return on investment, the hotel is seeking for outstanding individuals with passion to excel to fill the following positions.
Reporting to the Sous Chef. , the incumbent will be engaged in undertaking food preparation and ensuring food is prepared in a timely manner and to the standards of the hotel.
Qualifications for the Cook Job
- Possess a Certificate in Food and Beverage Production or equivalent from a recognized training institution;
- Have a minimum of three years working experience in a reputable institution preferably a 4-5 star hotel
- Possess a valid Food Handlers certificate.
- Great wealth in preparing foods from various themes to include but not limited to continental, oriental,
- African, among others.
