Responsibilities for the National Field Sales Manager Job
- Leading and managing sales team in selling the pharmaceutical products
- Planning use of resources in medium and long-term to meet sales targets like budget, human resource planning and product planning
- In charge of personnel management from recruitment, training and development, performance appraisal etc.
- Develop rewarding systems for the sales team
- Managing key service contracts like contract sales force, data systems
- Submit regular reports to the management as required
- In charge of target setting and ensure all sales targets are met
- In charge of conducting market intelligence surveys
National Field Sales Manager Job Qualifications
- Degree in Bio Chemistry, Pharmacy or any related course
- Must be enrolled with Pharmacy and Poisons Board
- Should have good customer service skills
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Demonstrate strong leadership and man management skills as well as having project management skills and high level of analytical thinking.
- Strong sales success
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain
