Egerton University Investment Company is a medium sized, organization, wholly owned by Egerton University.
It comprises three units: ARC Hotel, Ngongogeri Farm and Lord Egerton Castle. Ngongogeri Farm is over 2,700 acres of land.
The major enterprises are Dairy, Poultry, Sheep, Horticulture and Cereals.
To achieve our goals and high levels of efficiency, we are seeking for applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals with excellent credentials to fill the following position.
Executive Chef Job Requirements
- Must possess a Diploma in Food production preferably Utalii College or any other accredited institution.
- Minimum of five years management experience in a three stars international Hotel Kitchen and food production areas
Responsibilities for the Executive Chef Job
- Planning, organizing and directing the food production of the food and beverages outlets and banquet operations in order to meet the business requirements with efficiency and effectiveness with the operating procedures and ARC Hotel standards
