Madison Group Limited is an insurance and investment Group operating throughout Kenya and is looking to fill the newly created position of Group Marketing Services Manager based at its Head Office in Madison House.
The position will report to the Group Managing Director but will work closely with the Chief Executives of the subsidiaries and Heads of Business Units in the development and implementation of marketing budgets and strategies.
The position is designed to enhance marketing practice throughout the Group and play a leading role in the execution of marketing activities.
Group Marketing Services Manager Job Responsibilities
The Group Marketing Services Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Coordination of the development and implementation of the marketing budgets and strategies.
- Promotion and management of the MADISON brand.
- Coordination of product reviews and new product development.
- Marketing communication including advertisement and public relations.
- Coordination of sales and marketing training.
- Market research and analysis.
- Enhancement of customer experience and coordination of after sales service.
Qualifications for the Group Marketing Services Manager Job
The holder of the position is expected to be around 35 years old and have the following qualifications and experience:
- Professional marketing qualifications together with an MBA with specialization in either Marketing or Strategic Management.
- Practical knowledge of the Kenyan marketing environment.
- Considerable experience in sales and marketing gained through hands-on engagement in fast moving consumer goods and/or financial services industry.
