The actuary’s role will comprise two aspects:
- Support the development of a detailed design and implementation concept to cover low income informal sector households in the identified counties with a health protection scheme.

The ICT expert’s role will comprise two aspects:
Review the current NHIF Business processes and upgrading NHIF IT systems (data management and infrastructure) and training of NHIF staff

The team leader’s role will comprise two aspects:
Steering and Management
- Overall responsibility for project oversight and management of technical assistance team

- Liaise closely with the MoH, NHIF and Counties on all technical and managerial aspects of implementation
