  • Ensure 100% customer retention.
  • Build and maintain relationships with our business partners and key personnel within partners.
  • Conduct business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with our products and services.
  • Confirms reports sent to our partners are accurate, and sent within the set time frames.
  • Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.
  • Monitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues.
  • Updating the organization and ensuring staff are aware of changes within clients.
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction, implementing procedures and activities to compile client feedback

Qualifications for the Corporate Relations Manager Job

  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Previous job experience more so in banks and corporate companies d and an organized approach to work.
  • Hardworking with a strong work ethic.
  • Previous experience working as a client relationship manager or a track record of managing client relationships.
