Roles for the Senior Building Inspectors Job
- An officer at this level will be deployed as a clerk of works of buildings under construction or as a supervisor on repairs/alteration of existing buildings
- Reading and interpretation of architectural and engineering drawings; comparing their details with work on site and compiling weekly reports and monitoring work progress.
Senior Building Inspectors Job Requirements
- Must have KCSE C (Plain) and above or its equivalent
- Served in the grade of inspector (buildings) qualification for three (3) years or comparable equivalent position
- Diploma in building and civil Engineering, OR construction technician part III or its equivalent from a recognized Shown merit and ability as shown in work performance results.
