- Expanding and working with the organization’s clientele
- Sourcing new business for the organization
- Developing growth strategies for the organization
- Arranging sales and business meetings with potential clients
- Promoting organization’s services to businesses and potential clients
- Researching current trends to identify new markets and needs
Business Development Executives Job Qualifications:
- Post-secondary diploma preferably from a Kenyan Institution.
- Some experience selling HR Services.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Extremely personable
- Independent worker with ability to collaborate as part of a team
- Stellar organizational skills with attention-to-detail
- Solid computer competency on Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills both written and oral
- Excellent negotiation skills
