Responsible for: Support the management and execution of special ICT projects in Government
Responsibilities
- Execute special ICT projects according to the standards and expectations of the PMO
- Prepare and maintain all project documentation such as; initiation, delivery plans and budgets
- Develop and maintain Programme Plans and reporting documentation as necessary to ensure timely communication and successful delivery of assigned projects.
- Ensure projects are planned and executed in-line with the PMO approach
- Risk and issue identification and management
- Ensure deliverables meet required quality standards
- Ensure adequate levels of documentation are produced as part of the technical solution
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications
- Degree in an ICT related field (Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology and Engineering)
- Five years’ experience in the ICT field
- Experience in implementation of ICT projects

- Project management skills and ability to prioritize
- Problem solving skills
- Management experience in leading and developing an ICT support team
- Analytical skills; able to evaluate information and situations and take sound decisions
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Proven leadership skills
