Our client a leading training solutions Company is currently seeking to fill the role of a Client Service Marketing Associate.
The successful candidate will be tasked with the following duties:
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads from cold calling and enter contact information in the database
- Send corporate training event information to potential and existing clients
- Follow up with the potential client and articulate to them the benefits they will gain from attend the training
- Use all your communication, marketing and sales skills to meet your training targets
- Provide all administrative support for the scheduled training event
Minimum Requirements:
- Degree/ Diploma in Sales and Marketing
- 2 Years’ experience in telemarketing or customer service a MUST with a proven sales track record
- Must be a clear and concise communicator in English, both verbally and written,
- Proven ability to persuade, negotiate and inspire confidence in customers over the telephone
