Manufacturing of various Shoe care and Personal care products to specification and

in line with the production plan in order to attain set production targets.

Dispensing of various raw materials in the quantities required for each
product according to the manufacturing formulation.
Processing of raw materials to attain quality products according to the manufacturing formulation and to attain manufacturing targets and ultimately production targets.
Diagnosis and solving of any problems related to quality of products caused by the manufacturing process or change of raw materials.
Ensure that the production lines are continuously supplied with product for
packing, in order to attain high levels of productivity and attain production targets.
Monitor the physical aspects of the manufacturing process and solve any deviations from the standard required.
Recording of all required physical parameters in a batch control sheet for batch historical reference.
Ensuring that plant and equipment are clean and in good working condition.
Ensuring that the manufacturing areas are in a clean and safe state.
Assist in reconciliation of raw materials at the end of the shift or manufacturing schedule and keep wastage to a minimum.
Proposing to the Manufacturing Team leader of any improvements in the manufacturing process that could assist in increasing productivity.
Identifying and reporting any potential hazards in the area of operation in line with Health, Safety and Environment policy.

Diploma/Degree in Industrial Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Production related
3 years’ experience in FMCG as a manufacturer
TPM exposure will be an added advantage
