Brites Management Job Vacancy : Administrator

  • Make travel arrangements and reservations for senior managers
  • Deal with all insurance matters in the company-renew all types of insurances and ensure they are up-to-date
  • Supervise monthly inventories and make sure everything is well recorded
  • Develop, implement and improve office policies and procedures
  • Work closely with managers to ensure smooth operations
  • Supervise the admin team
  • Working with the directors to contribute to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices.
  • Leading, supervising and managing a team
  • Oversee security management and the outsourced security firms
  • Ensure visitors are attended to well
  • Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures
  • Facilitate the coordination and communication between support functions
  • Other duties as maybe given from time to time
  • Ensure that operating processes and procedures are maintained and continually improved guaranteeing a streamlined, customer orientated business

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Business Management
  • Proven work experience as a senior administrative assistant or an administrator
  • Over five years’ experience as an Administrator in a busy environment
  • Good experience handling insurance matters is a must
  • In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations
  • Hands on experience with MS Office
  • Working knowledge of office equipment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent management, organizational, leadership and communication skills
  • Hardworking and ready to work in a fast paced environment
