- Make travel arrangements and reservations for senior managers
- Deal with all insurance matters in the company-renew all types of insurances and ensure they are up-to-date
- Supervise monthly inventories and make sure everything is well recorded
- Develop, implement and improve office policies and procedures
- Work closely with managers to ensure smooth operations
- Supervise the admin team
- Working with the directors to contribute to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices.
- Leading, supervising and managing a team
- Oversee security management and the outsourced security firms
- Ensure visitors are attended to well
- Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures
- Facilitate the coordination and communication between support functions
- Other duties as maybe given from time to time
- Ensure that operating processes and procedures are maintained and continually improved guaranteeing a streamlined, customer orientated business
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Business Management
- Proven work experience as a senior administrative assistant or an administrator
- Over five years’ experience as an Administrator in a busy environment
- Good experience handling insurance matters is a must
- In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations
- Hands on experience with MS Office
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent management, organizational, leadership and communication skills
- Hardworking and ready to work in a fast paced environment
