Our Client is currently looking to hire an F & B Controller.
Responsibilities
- Receive and weigh goods and put them at their allocated place
- Maintained supplies and inventory of food and beverage items
- Ensure all the received food and beverage items meet standards and specifications set by the management
- File away delivery notes and invoices
- Monthly Food and Beverage stock take.
- Responsible for recording and checking all requisitions and wastages are entered into the system accurately.
- Prepares food cost and bar reports.
- Operates standard office equipment.
- Updating prices of items when necessary
- Ensure prompt and correct billing and settlement of consumptions.
Qualifications
- Atleast 1-2 years experience as an F&B Contoller in the hospitality sector
- Attention to detail
- Computer literate – proficient in Excel
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication and presentation skills
