REQUIREMENTS

Must have proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
Must have proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
Must have good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
Must have the Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
Must have excellent knowledge of English and Swahili.

REQUIREMENTS

Proven 2yrs+ experience as a Financial Manager.
Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns.
Proficient user of finance software.
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.
A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus.
Experience in the real estate industry will be considered a plus.

REQUIREMENTS

Proven work experience as a Digital media specialist or Digital marketing manager.
MUST have the ability to generate quality leads as the most important factor.
Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, Audacity or other media editing software.
Experience with visual communication principles.
Familiarity with web design and content management systems.
Excellent analytical and project management skills.
