- Identify through meetings with partner managers the needs/requirements for the development of social enterprise
- Identify methods, processes and tools to implement, sustain and grow a dairy social enterprise
- Provide technical support and build the capacity of SE staff
- Provide hands-on support when necessary
- Monitor and evaluate the results and impact of the Social Enterprise and submit progress reports
- Support proposal writing for fundraising purposes
- Support in Financial Decision-making: developing financial projections, advising, etc.
- Network and forge links with other stakeholders and organizations (including county government departments, donors, dairy companies, universities and other supporters) to ensure continued support for existing and new initiatives

- Strong proven ability to negotiate multiple relationships with various partners
- Demonstrated technical management and program implementation experience
- Dynamic leader with creative problem solving skills, particularly in challenging situations
- Representational and advocacy skills
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability
- Strong organizational skills and attention to-detail
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Qualifications
- BA in Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields
- 5 years of relevant work experience
- Strong background in marketing, branding and ability to execute business development strategies.
- Budget development, administrative skills and financial management experience required.
- Experience with designing, developing and implementing social enterprises highly desirable.
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English ability.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized, flexible, independent, culturally sensitive and detail oriented
