Responsibilities
- The guard will also double as caretaker
- Welcoming visitors with courtesy as well as checking them
- Patrolling various parts of the property
- Respond to any emergency calls
- Cleaning the compound and ensuring the area is clean always
- Ensure security and take care of the property
- Direct visitors appropriately
- Keep visitor’s records
Key Requirements
- Previous work experience as a guard/caretaker
- Flexible to work long hours
- Good communication skills
- Certificate of good conduct required
