- Be a Kenyan citizen.
- Have a Bachelor of laws(LL.B) degree from a recognized university
- Have a post-graduate diploma in legal studies from the Council of Legal Education
- Have a Master degree in law or any other relevant social science from a recognized university
- Be a practicing advocate of the High Court of Kenya
- Have at least five (5)years of practicing experience
- Have a valid practicing certificate from the Kenya Law Society
- Have a Certificate in Strategic leadership development course or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Be Proficient in computer applications
- Meet the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010
Additional Requirements
All applicants are expected to attach copies of the following additional documents
- Tax compliance certificates
- Clearance from HELB where necessary
- Clearance from the Ethics and anti- corruption commission
- Clearance from the CRB.
- Certificate of Good Conduct from the police
