- Work at this level involves a variety of duties and responsibilities of a limited scope and complexity under the guidance and supervision of a more senior officer. An Officer at this level will be expected
- To plan, supervise, evaluate and co-ordinate orthopaedic care for patients,
- Ensuring availability of supplies and equipment as well as give support
- Counselling to patients,
- Manipulating and reducing fractures and dislocation
- Cleaning and treating simple wounds, fixing and removing casts, bandages and tractions to and from patient.
Qualifications
- Diploma in plaster technology from Kenya Medical Training College or a recognized training institution.
- Any other equivalent/ relevant qualification as may be approved by County Public Service Board.
