Assistant Manager, Human Surveillance at Kenya Revenue Authority

Department: Intelligence & Strategic Operations

Division: Intelligence Collection

Section: Human Surveillance

Reports to: Manager, Intelligence Collection

Direct reports:

Supervisor – Human Surveillance

Responsible for:

Coordinate human surveillance operations and presentation of intelligence summaries

Tasks and outputs:

  • Plan covert Intelligence Surveillance activities
  • Coordinate static, mobile and technical surveillance
  • Oversee implementation of technology in Intelligence Surveillance
  • Oversee tracing of assets and persons of interest
  • Coordinate compilation of Intelligence Surveillance reports
  • Coordinate recruitment of Intelligence Surveillance sources and agents

Skills required:

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or related fields.
  • 4 years of progressive work experience with at least 1 year of intelligence management in a supervisory position in reputable organization.
  • Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
  • Certification in Tax & Customs Administration is an added advantage.
