If your answer is yes, then this is a great opportunity for you to become an integral member of a diverse and passionate team that works on varied and international projects directly contributing to beneficiary assistance.

About WFP

The United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) is the world’s largest humanitarian agency fighting hunger worldwide. The mission of WFP is to help the world achieve Zero Hunger in our lifetimes. With more than 18,000 colleagues worldwide, WFP works to ensure that no child goes to bed hungry and that the poorest and most vulnerable, particularly women and children, can access the nutritious food they need.

Why WFP?

As one of WFP’s five priorities, digital transformation is now at the heart of our ability to deliver the other four. That means even stronger emergency responses, getting closer to Zero Hunger, building the partnerships to make that possible, and making our operations simpler and more efficient every step of the way. This shift in digital gears is forcing us to evaluate how we can enable all our staff to do their best work (wherever they are), how far and how fast we can leverage the latent power of technologies across 80 countries where we operate, and how we can do all of that without compromising security, human rights or UN values in any way. So, it’s against this backdrop that we aim to continue our progress in deploying technological solutions at scale and continuing to embrace the power of data across all our policies, programmes and operations. This is a big opportunity for someone who truly wants to learn what it takes to transform a large organization and be fully connected to the purpose that drives us all to give our best every day.

  • WFP assists more than 86 million people around 83 countries. Your work will have a positive impact on lives of the world’s most vulnerable people
  • You will join a diverse team of professionals and will have a chance to exchange your experience with your colleagues
  • Our team is growing internationally and the timing to join us cannot be better! We are driving changes in the way WFP operates, with the aim of also influencing changes in the humanitarian/development sector.
  • We offer attractive compensation package (please refer to Terms and Conditions section)
