The Nairobi City County is the creation of the Constitution of Kenya 2010 and successor of the defunct City Council of Nairobi. It operates under the auspices of the Cities and Urban Areas Act, The Devolved Governments Act and a host of other Acts.
Job Description
- Must be a Kenyan Citizen;
- KCSE Certificate;
- Candidates must be aged between 18 – 35 years;
- Candidates must meet the body fitness test;
- Height: Male – 5,8” Female – 5,0”
- Must produce current certificate of Good Conduct without criminal record;
- Shall undergo Six (6) months security constable initial course;
- Ladies should not be expectant during interview and while undergoing training.
Job Qualifications
- Guarding County installations and properties;
- To maintain self-discipline as contained in the code of regulations;
- To perform any other duties as may be required in accordance with the law.
- Ensure safety of vehicles and pedestrian traffic in the city
- Maintain security surveillance.
