Purpose of this role
Responsible for the development and execution of integrated and value led Sales, Marketing and Retention strategies, leveraging existing structures and resources to ensure that defined goals and objectives for the Commercial sector in Kenya are achieved.

Qualifications for the Sales Commercial Head Job
- Bachelor’s degree (commercial focus preferred)
- A Master’s degree in a business impact focus area will be an added advantage
- Business to Business sales preferably to hospitality sector
- Substantial field as well as 5 years’ in senior level Sales, Marketing and Customer experience in Business to Business setting
- Subscriber management (acquisition, retention, growth strategies)
- Sales management
- Performing with impact in matrix reporting organizations
