TITLE: Sales Representative
LOCATION: Nairobi
STATUS: 12 Months renewable contract
REMUNERATION: Attractive Commission based with attractive allowances (airtime, marketing allowance), bonuses and other performance based incentives
Duties for the Sales Representative Job
- The Sales Rep duties include but not limited to compliance and adherence to laid down policies policies.
- Client outreach and promotion of Platinum Product (Logbook loans only) in order to achieve agreed sales targets.
- Marketing of company products in and out of the office to bring on board more potential clients
- Excellent customer service to maintain good relationships
- To ensure that loan application forms are dully filled properly and ensuring all attachments required are attached
- To communicate closely with branch management to advice on progress an any challenges you may be facing.
- Performing any other duties assigned by management.

Sales Representative Job Qualifications
- Applicants must be aged 25 years and above
- Must have good understanding of credit policies
- Must have at least a minimum of a certificate in a business related course
- Must have experience in sales for at least 1 year in a financial institution.
