The Coca-Cola Company Job Vacancy : Senior Brand Manager

Senior Brand Manager Coke Recruitment will be responsible to support the Coca-Cola business from brand strategy to execution in order to achieve annual volume and profit targets. Together with the Marketing Director Recruitment, SBM Coca-Cola will define and then co-develop the brand and innovation strategy, the growth drivers and the corresponding prioritized investment strategy aiming to deliver long term sustainable profitable growth for the brand.SBM will additionally be responsible for Zero and Lights Acceleration strategies and their execution.This position requires strong strategic thinking, problem solving, analytical and leadership skills coupled with the ability to seek out consumer insights and turn them into innovative ideas that will drive the business. It also requires good interpersonal and communication skills that we will enable good working relations with the franchise operations and the IMC team.Key Duties/Responsibilities

  • Co-define with Marketing Director Recruitment the key growth drivers for Coca-Cola brand in CEE and support developing the corresponding prioritized investment strategy by markets.
  • Contribute to Coca-Cola Teen recruitment programs and continuously build capabilities for marketing to Teens.
  • Develop annual brand plans and programs, leverage consumer insights and market understanding to ensure all plans and strategies are anchored on solid, relevant insights.
  • Continuous communication with operation territories (brand activations teams) to ensure effective execution of strategy in the marketplace.
  • Become the acknowledged expert in consumer dynamics of Teens and Coca-Cola and pursue packaging, equipment and communication innovation to continuously improve the brand relationship with Teens.
  • Focus on driving scalable ideas, synergies and marketing productivity at all touch points.
  • Support the development of the investment strategy and the allocation and management of DME. In addition, support proactive budget management and contingency planning to deliver the brand plan targets.
  • Import and export ideas across the teams, share best practices and identify synergies to drive improvements.
  • Work closely with our bottler, in particular trade-marketing and commercial teams to ensure an aligned approach across the system.
  • Commit to “One team” behavior and foster collaborative working relationships with all stakeholders–our bottling partner CCH, the IMC team, the Marketing Activation team, K&I, EUG, local agency partners and Global teams.
