- Identify business ideas by researching industry and related events, publications and announcements.
- Ensuring quality standards of loan verification are adhered to.
- Closing new business deals by coordinating and developing business development operations.
- Plan and implement sales and customer retention and development.
- Carry out market surveys, outreach, publicity and market activities
- liaise with groups to facilitate recovery of bad loans
- Monitoring of new and existing portfolio and management of delinquency.
Qualifications for the Relationship Officers:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or any related Field
- At least 1 Year relevant experience
- Excellent computer skills
- Good Communication , interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work with diverse groups of people
