Amref Health Africa in Kenya is currently seeking experienced, dynamic and qualified person for an anticipated funding by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) to fill the position of Finance Manager.
Finance Manager – Ref: Amref/USAID-TB/FM/003-2018
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including financial systems implementation, budgeting, expenditure tracking, financial reporting and accounting for both the prime recipient and any sub-awardees.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of a Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; Certified Accountant CPA (K) or ACCA.
- Minimum of 5 years of project finance management experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in all aspects of project finance management.
- Demonstrated experience with and knowledge of USAID regulations, USAID program management, applicable regulations and requirements with development projects in the health sector.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level Government of Kenya officials, USAID, NGOs, private sector groups, cooperating agencies, and donor organizations.
