The company has a total complement of over 700 highly trained and professional staff spread across the region and seeks an energetic person to fill the role of Software Development Assistant in the Business Systems Team based at the Nairobi Head Office.
Key Responsibilities
The Software Development Assistant will be charged with the following responsibilities:
- Development, documentation, implementation and maintenance of the Customer Relationship Management system on Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Perform routine end-user support, Systems roll out and training on key business systems including Intranet on SharePoint Online, Power BI Analytics and Business Intelligence System, E-learning Management System on Moodle, Mobile Apps Development on Microsoft Power Apps and a Help Desk System.
- ICT Systems research to provide creative and innovative solutions.
- Perform any other ICT related tasks as may be directed by management from time to time.
Requirements
The successful candidates will have the following attributes:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Dynamics CRM development and implementation in a busy environment.
- Diploma or an Upper 2nd class honours degree in Computer Science or closely related field from a recognized institution and aged not more than 35 years.
- Knowledge of various fourth generation programming languages, preferably C/AL, .NET, C++, C#, PHP and JavaScript for android and JME for Symbian OS.
- Have relevant certifications in the above listed technologies.
- Knowledge of database environments preferably Microsoft SQL Server and My SQL.
