They are currently looking for an IT Technician.
Key Responsibilities for the IT Technician Job:
- Manage & support software solutions.
- Document all support requests and resolve incidents in a timely manner.
- Manage network infrastructure.
- Manage servers- performance and security checks.
- Manage computers, laptops and mobiles.
- Manage all system back-ups and maintain protocols.
- Liaise with ICT infrastructure solutions vendors.
- Ensure uptime in linking branches through cyberoam.
- Understand various software in use, business and departmental processes.
- Support and train users on various software.
- Meet operational objectives and submit reports.
IT Technician Job Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience managing an ERP System; Office 365 and SharePoint.
- Experience in managing IT infrastructure and data connectivity.
- Problem-solving ability and exemplary planning skills.
- Team player, proactive, service oriented and trustworthy.
- Up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applications.
