The company manages a 2 Star 90 rooms Hotel with conference facilities, Lord Egerton Caste and Resort with grounds for Team building, Weddings and Excursions. The Company also manages a mixed farm that spans over 2700 acres. The company is looking for self motivated and experienced personnel to fill the following positions. This will be a 3 years’ contract renewable based on performance. The persons will however be subject to a three months’ probation period before being confirmed
Qualifications
- A Diploma in Food Production preferably Utalii College or any other accredited institution.
- Minimum of five years’ management experience in a three stars international Hotel Kitchen and food production areas.
Responsibilities
- Planning, organizing and directing the food production of the food and beverages outlets and banquet operations in order to meet the business requirements with efficiency and effectiveness with the operating procedures and ARC Hotel standards
