- Advise customers about warranty protections and potential cost savings.
- Help customers decide between trading in a car and fixing it through our shop.
- Call customers to inform them of changes in service or to let them know their vehicle is ready for pick-up.
- Supervise the repair and overhaul of all vehicular equipment and related components
- Check the status of maintenance and repair work on vehicles.
- Make recommendations regarding maintenance procedures when requested.
- Initiate and process maintenance work orders.
- Answer telephone; respond to complaints from customers
- Troubleshoot maintenance problems and recommend corrective action.
Qualifications
- Degree/ Diploma in Automotive engineering
- 5 Years’ experience in the automotive industry (vehicle dealership preferred)
- Experience as a service / Technical Advisor
- Valid driver’s license
