Our client a global leader in implementing network infrastructure is looking to hire a Project Manager for Kenya Region.
Job Purpose;
The most important task is to manage the project actively and to coordinate from the inception to execution
Responsibilities
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track the project progress
- Measure project performance using the appropriate tools and techniques
- Create and maintain project documentation
- Manage risk, changes and any issues as they arise.
- Scheduling, controlling and directing resources, people, funding and facilities to achieve project objectives
- Manage outsourced casuals for various projects
- Ensure all casuals are paid on time
Qualifications
- University education (Energy or power engineering or telecommunication engineering
- Knowledge of telecom specific services, infrastructure, software
- Flexibility in working outside office hours and willing to travel when required within the country.
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position/industry is a MUST.
- Experience in project planning and leading project teams and also managing casuals
