Revenue generation and business growth to maintain existing business and acquire new business and grow Minet’s market share. The purpose is to ensure delivery of insurance solutions to our customers in the most effective and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
- Oversee & ensure smooth running of the day to day operations at the branch
- Client Relationship Management
- Co-ordinate branch activities and keep the head offices abreast of happenings at the branch
- Prepare branch budget and present to the director
- Provide branch divisional reports for the monthly divisional board meetings
- Identify regional prospects & target them with appropriate insurance solutions
- Promote and market Minet’s Products in the region
- Maintain branch costs within budget
- Actively develop and document team members’ skills and performance through coaching and training
- Monitor financial targets for all technical staff and support them to achieve 100%
- Performing performance appraisals for the branch staff
- Perform any other relevant duties that may be assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or Insurance
- Professional qualification in ACII or equivalent
- 6 years relevant experience with at least 3 years experience at supervisory level
- Experience in the use of specific type of procedure and data production methods using appropriate technology
- Ability to supervise a team and deliver well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to motivate a team
