Communications NGO Internship at Elizabeth Glaser Foundation

Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation (EGPAF), a non-profit organization, is the world leader in the fight to eliminate pediatric AIDS. Our mission is to prevent pediatric HIV infection and to eliminate pediatric AIDS through research, advocacy, and prevention and treatment programs.

EGPAF Kenya seeks to document the success and achievements of various projects it is undertaking and is seeking a creative, dynamic and innovative intern to provide photo and video documentation of the projects.

Responsibilities

  • Document program activities through photos and videos.
  • Writing and editing success stories.
  • Event planning and execution support.
  • Knowledge management support.
  • Media monitoring.
  • Administrative tasks as and when they arise.

Qualifications

  • Graduates should submit degree certificate in communications, mass communications or related field from a recognized institution of learning.
  • Ongoing undergraduate students should submit certified transcripts and letter of attachment from their institution of learning.
  • Experience in operating professional cameras is a must.
  • Passionate about HIV/AIDS and TB issues and has interest in humanitarian work.
  • Skills in writing articles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team player.
