Your Role
As a Financial Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting information from various sources/teams, analyzing it and creating dashboards, preparation of financial reports accurately and in a timely manner to support decision making by management.
What You Will Do
- Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking including ensuring data integrity
- Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards from multiple sources of information
- Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools
- Perform market research, data mining and business intelligence functions as required including proposing budgets and process improvements
- Investigate and inform Management of any inconsistencies or improprieties identified in the reports
- Identify non-value added processes within the departments and seek solutions
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and decision support
What You Will Bring to KOKO
- Bachelors in Accounting or Finance with stellar academic record (or CPA)
- 2+ years of experience in a financial reporting/analysis role
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, and financial software applications
- Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills
- In-dept understanding of current financial subjects, accounting, tax laws, money market, and the business environment
- Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis
