Job Summary

We are looking to employ 10 competent Social Media Specialists for our Ajiry centres spread across the country. The role of the job holder will be to develop and implement a strategy that sees a Centre growth of 60,000 Ajiry members and to maintain grant targets and standards.

Key Accountabilities

  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, management of social media platforms, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
  • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
  • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Communication, Journalism or Graphic Design
  • Proven track record of brand exposure and growth.
  • 2-4 Years Training Experience.
  • A good understanding of budgets and target management.
  • Good understanding of Gorilla Branding
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • An ability to operate with minimum supervision.

  • Fresh University graduates, specifically those who have graduated within the past one (1) year.

Job Summary

We are looking to employ 50 competent Trainers for our Ajiry program to manage our Ajiry Training Centres across the country. The job holder will be part of an Ajiry centre team, whose overall 12-month target is to train 2,400 Ajiry program members.. This position reports to the Training Team Leader.

Key Accountabilities

  • To ensure the training courses work within the Profit & Loss framework of the Program
  • To ensure strict observation and adherence to the Health & Safety and Training Standards
  • To take responsibility of training 2,400 Ajiry Program Members over a 12 months in your centre.
  • Maintain the grant training figures

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in Security Management/Occupational Health and Safety Training/Education
  • 1-3 years Training and Management experience.
  • Professional Certification in Training Delivery
  • Proven track record of training and deliverables.
  • Good understanding of budgets and target management.

Desirable Competencies

  • Experience of working within the ISO framework.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Innovative and problem solving ability.
  • Superb track record in developing and executing successful training programs.

The job holder will be responsible for overseeing 10 different training centres across the country and in-charge of a 60-person training team with an overall 12 month target of training 24,000 people across the 10 centres.

Key Accountabilities

  • Planning, preparation and facilitation of various training workshops
  • Gain further international and national Training accreditation
  • Grow the security consultancy status and brand of TSG
  • Manage the grant training budget
  • Generate business and training revenue outside of the grant program to ensure sustainability for each centre.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Security Management/Occupational Health and Safety Training
  • 8-10 years Training and Management experience.
