Position: Relationship Manager – Operations
Reporting to the Business Growth & Development Manager, the role holder will be in charge of the Branch Operations and ensure that the Bank ‘s Process and Procedures are adhered to and provide leadership on all operational issues at the Branch.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
The incumbent is expected to:

Provide leadership to branch Operations
-
Ensure smooth running of day to day functions of the branch
-
Be the Custodian of branch Operations policies & Procedures
-
Ensure compliance to the CBK prudential guidelines
-
Provide leadership in Customer service
-
Oversee General Administration of the branch Operations
-
Provide training & Coaching to the branch team
-
Contribute to Business Growth
-
Provide leadership in Cash management
- Holder of a Business related degree from a recognized University or its equivalent with 4 years’ experience in a Supervisory role.
Over 8 years working experience at Equity Bank, with prior experience in both Branch operations and credit
Experience in leading and managing teams
Holders of banking professional qualifications such as ACIB or AKIB and working experience in a multicultural environment will have an added advantage
