The college opened its doors to the first batch of students in the year 1994. Trains both male and female students in ECDE and Primary Teacher Education. The college also offers various courses in computer studies under its ICT department.

Minimum qualification and skills.
- Masters of education with proven administrative skills In a similar field.
- Should have strong IT knowledge and skills.
- At least 5 years’ experience in similar administrative position.
- Should be registered with Teachers Service Commission.
- Being a Muslim and knowledge of Arabic language will be added advantage.
