Business Development Specialist at Bürotime Office Furniture

Job Requirements

  • Achieve annual assigned sales targets in the area assigned.
  • Generate new sales/customers/leads.
  • Follow up on payment and collection
  • Promote divisional/sector sales products.
  • Receive inquiries/tenders and follow up to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Ensure customer specifications/requirements are fulfilled and documented.
  • Prepare Quotation Request Form, review quotations/BOQs/specs/sales orders for accuracy.
  • Interact with head office to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Attend to and follow up on customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Input customer information on the CRM system on a daily basis.
  • Project a professional image to potential and existing customers during sales meetings/presentations.
  • Ensure the delivery of sold products on time.
  • Identify customer issues/barriers and participate in sales strategy and development.
  • Collect, summarize and analyze customer input and comments, and generate suggestions for new products.
  • Provide market information to the management (products, prices, competitors, etc.)
  • Increase the sales and profitability.
  • Develop business cooperation with interior designers, architects, and real estate developers

Requirements

  • At least 5 years experience in sales, preferably field job (B2B)
  • Proven track of getting B2B business through developing partnerships
  • High communication, sales, and planning skills
  • Ability to work without close supervision
  • Reporting skills
  • A plus is to know the furniture business, having previous interaction with hotels, interior designers, architects, and real estate developers.
  • Previous work in tenders is a plus
  • Ability to work with CRM systems
  • Ability to develop presentations, offers, and proposals
  • Mastering English language and country’s local language/s
