Viscar Industrial Capacity Limited a Knowledge based firm offering Training, Consultancy and Resourcing solutions in Engineering Technology seeks recruit creative and dynamic individuals to fill the position of Client Management Executives for its Nairobi Office.
Purpose of the Job: To provide administrative support services to the branch office in order to raise the level of efficiency and effectiveness in the operations.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities are:
- Operational Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations on various products or services to customers and prospective customers
- Confer with customers and consultants to assess training, consultancy needs and propose appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand and address customer requirements and provide sales support.
- Participate in the research and development of new training and consultancy solutions and present these to the market
- Plan, modify and customize solutions to meet customer needs
- Develop and maintain partnerships that strengthen solutions delivery and new products offer.
- Develop customized solutions for specific client opportunities and develop client deliverables such as a Request for Information (RFQ), Request for Proposal (RFP), Prequalification, Tenders
- Assist consultants in delivering services to clients
- Liaise with and give appropriate information to clients as and when required
- Assist in the compilation of reports and records, and assessment of data as may be required.
- Utilize computerized systems e.g. Ms Office and databases, to input and manage data and produce required documentation;
- Perform any other relevant duties that may be assigned by the supervisor within the scope of the position.Key Result Areas:

Knowledge and Skills Required:
The job holder must possess:

- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT or a related field.
- Sales/ Marketing Training or Business Administration Education will be an added advantage Diploma in Business Administration / Office Management / Secretarial
- A Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in
- Good interpersonal relations and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and emails application.
- Ability to focus and conduct activities with minimum supervision.
- Proactive problem solving skills
