A Travel agency located in Nairobi is looking to recruit a Travel Agent. This position is responsible for developing, costing and customizing travel programs for our clients for both local and international travel.
Job Description
- Ability to handle all responsibilities of Tour Operations
- Ability to handle inbound and outbound travel for client
- Experience in designing International itineraries
- Ability to manage client expectations
- Follow up on guests and online marketing
- Identify new business opportunities
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Being part of team working towards giving guests best experience
- Receiving guest feedback and sharing it with management
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have an Diploma / Other Certificate in Tours & Travel from a recognized institution
- Minimum of 1 year experience.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and work with little supervision
- Proficiency in computer software e. word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and emails
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Monthly Salary: Kes. 20,000
