Lean Solutions Group is comprised of Lean Energy Solutions Ltd, Lean Solutions Tanzania. We deal with Boiler Conversion, Manufacturing of Lean Briqs, Comprehensive Energy Audits

1. Senior Investment Officer

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of funding proposals and concept notes.
  • Periodically evaluate progress towards the completion of project deliverables to verify alignment with strategic directions and defined targets. Ensure excellence within-budget and on-time delivery of activity and financial results and reports.
  • Engage/Collaborate/Meet with Corporates and organizations supporting startups and innovation in Africa
  • Manage and coordinate the relationships with key partners on various projects.
  • Timely attention and response to company’s partners and donors
  • Provide technical support to senior management’s efforts to develop new and innovative partnerships;
  • Preparing investment memos, financial models, financial projections and valuations.
  • Monitoring existing investments.
  • Team coordination
  • Fund Accounting
  • Build systems to promote compliance with the terms of grants and agreements.
  • Special Projects: Participate in project teams as relevant

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent required.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience working in the field of resource mobilization and partnership building;
  • Strong financial modeling ability with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • The ability to confidently interact with and influence internal and external relationships, including senior business executives
  • Exceptional written and oral communications skills
  • An eagerness to take initiative; the ability to work independently and multi-task

2. Sales Executive

Job Purpose: You will be the first point of contact for existing and new customers.

You will maintain an excellent relationship with your customers, which will allow you to understand their specific requests, business processes and needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing, maintaining and expanding lasting professional customer relations by means of regular customer visits and participation in customer events.
  • Proactively taking on key positions in order to obtain budgeted orders from these customers.
  • Negotiating price and conditions with the customer.
  • Having current knowledge of the market readily available by developing and maintaining market and product developments up to date, gaining insight in customer structures and organizations, and identifying and following up on opportunities with customers.
  • Analyzing customer needs and elaborating offers both independently and in cooperation with the sales support team.
  • Coordinating the preparation of quotes in cooperation with the proposal group.
  • Coordinating technical support for customers.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer & stakeholders.
  • Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction by maintaining strong working relationships.
  • Grow and develop existing customers as well as generating new business through lead generation
  • Monitor usage for customers and propose the appropriate plans to spur usage with the goal of increasing Revenues.
  • Handle client issues throughout the implementation life cycle in a timely and accurate fashion.
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.

Qualifications

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or business-related field.
  • Min of 4 Years Proven work experience as a sales executive.
  • You have proven experience in the sale of technical solutions and concepts.
  • You combine commercial insight with a result-oriented attitude, while applying the required interpersonal skills.

3. Sales Officer

Job Purpose: To drive Sales and grow products volumes, value and brand equity at assigned distribution territory/trade chains

Key Responsibilities

  • Establishing new business/sales accounts by visiting existing, dormant or potential sales outlets/distributors.
  • Implementing and establish close working relationships with partners (Resellers, Traders and Retailers) in order to gain high levels of trade support and loyalty whilst enhancing understanding of the trading environment
  • Supporting the Brand Marketing process by identifying the key opportunities in Availability, Visibility and Activations (incorporating understanding on consumers, category, customer, competition, channel and external environment).
  • Executing Marketing Strategy across a portfolio of brands. This includes brand activations; merchandising and POS:
  • Establishing, developing and maintaining business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory to generate new business for the organization’s products.
  • Generating, meet and surpass expected daily and monthly sales targets
  • Representing the company, acting in accordance with company business standards in an ethical manner.
  • Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
  • Responsible for monitoring and reporting on competitive activity and document all pricing activities.
  • Supplying the team leader with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Working on key strategic projects with retailers/wholesalers, aiming to influence purchasing behavior, drive in-store activity for the brand portfolio, and support the sales effort in the creation and implementation of innovative and effective trade support activities
  • Facilitating proper flow of information between Marketing and Sales departments
  • Any other duty as may be allocated by supervisor from time to time

Qualifications

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or business-related field.
  • Min of 4 Yrs Proven work experience as a sales representative
