Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for the management of employee compensation and benefits
- Responsible for the optimization of labor costs
- Create a healthy and safe working environment for employees
- Responsible for the maintenance of employee relations
Qualifications
- University Degree in HR or its equivalent
- 3 -4 years of HR work experience
- Familiar with software related to Salary and benefits (SAP,EHR,ERP)
- Integrity and Honesty
