Finance Officer I – Systems at Kwale County Public Service

Kwale County is located in south coast of Kenya.

Duties and Responsibilities:-

1. Installing software
2. Adding and deleting users and maintaining user profiles
3. Maintaining security resource access lists
4. Managing networks and connectivity
5. Monitoring system performance
6. Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues
7. Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures
8. Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions
9. Responsible for capacity, storage planning, and database performance

Requirements for Appointment:-

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or in a related field.
2. Accounting Course Preferably CPA I
3. Strong knowledge and understanding of native Android.
4. Proven knowledge of C#, JavaScript and related programming frameworks.
5. Knowledge of ASP.NET MVC Architecture
6. A proven record of software/application development.
7. Have experience in Database Management Systems
