Main role:
The objective of this role is to work closely with Project Manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, timeframes and for projects. You will perform various coordinating tasks, along with administrative duties like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.
Ultimately, the Project Coordinator’s duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and mobilize project management requirements, resources, equipment and information
- Assist with schedule management.
- Liaison between client, project team and Bluesky office
- Oversee project procurement management in consultation with project team
- Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
- Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
- Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- Coordinator mobility during project execution as and when required
- Coordination all project meetings
- Mobility of participating groups
- Coordinate any projects Publications
- Organize Training (courses, workshops, conferences and seminars). Manage attendance lists for all trainings, conferences etc.
- Assist in preparation of project progress by producing project reports to provide timely and accurate project status and decision support information to stakeholders.
- Facilitate administrative projects closure coordination.
- Preserve essential project records for future use to adhere to legal and other requirements.
Education and Experience Requirement:
- in Business Information Technology or related field
- 4+ years’ work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
- Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. Basecamp or Trello)
- Ability to work on tight deadlines.
