NFT Consult Job Vacancy : B2B Lubes Sales Supervisor

Our client is an integrated regional downstream oil marketing company with business operations ranging from international oil trading to marine and inland terminals, retail networks, and lubrication services. They have strongly positioned themselves as a leading brand name for fuels, oil, and lubricants in East & Central Africa.

We are seeking a B2B Lubricants sales supervisor to join our clients growing team. The successful candidate will mainly be tasked in the field to identify new businesses to uptake sales volume of 35,000litres of lubes per month.

Key Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in a Technical field
  • 1 – 3 years experience in oil and gas industry, with a preference for Lubricants
  • Demonstrated experience in Account/ Territory management
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Responsibilities

  • Participate in all tenders and achieve monthly tender volume targets
  • Organise at least one lubes exhibition per quarter
  • Recruit Corporations and businesses to uptake lube in bulk
  • Participation in safety meetings & training
  • Eliminate Fraud Cases Due to Violation of Internal Controls
  • Reduce no. of notices of Local Regulatory Violations
